Angie Sherer (She/Her)

Team Lead | Mortgage Loan Originator

Angie is a Mortgage Loan Originator and the leader of the Angie Sherer Team. With over 20 years in the mortgage industry Angie and her team have a complete understanding of what it takes to get you pre-approved for your future home, vacation home or investment property. The Angie Sherer Team will help you structure a mortgage plan that makes you feel comfortable and confident going into one of the biggest purchases of your life!

Angie has built her reputation on providing outstanding service to clients. Tirelessly dedicated to her clients, Angie takes her commitment to extensive knowledge of loan guidelines very seriously. She is known for her tenacity in meeting strict deadlines, performing detailed follow up, and using her expertise to explore all avenues to ensure that her clients receive the best possible outcome with regards to loan process.

Her unique brand of diligent and compassionate service has earned her the distinction of being named as a Minnesota Housing (MHFA) Platinum Level Top Producing Loan Officer. Angie has also been featured as a Top 1% Mortgage Originator by Mortgage Executive Magazine for the past 6 years running, along with finishing in the top 5 producers in volume and units within her company.

Angie is committed to being involved with her community. Whenever possible she and her team volunteer their time and organize events to get clients, friends, family and referral partners involved. They are especially proud of annual the Angie Sherer Team Earth Day River Clean-Up, $1000 Quarterly Donations and 12 Days of Giving which takes place in December. All organizations chosen for donations have been nominated by past clients. 

Angie was a member of Twin Cities Finest 2017 which raised awareness and collectively over $200,000 in funds towards research and the fight against Cystic Fibrosis and was the past President of the Rotary Club of Northwest Hennepin County. She is currently a member of the Northeast Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce, the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance, and the National Association of Gay and Lesbian Real Estate Professionals.

Angie enjoys morning workouts, travelling with her wife Jessica, trying new restaurants, and is always up for a Twins game! Most weekends you’ll find her spending time with her family, friends and walking her pup, Jersey.

Billy Anstett (He/Him)

Mortgage Loan Originator

Billy Anstett is a Mortgage Loan Originator and certified credit counselor with the Angie Sherer Team. Billy takes time working with clients that need some additional help getting their finances organized so they are in the best position possible to make an educated purchase. It truly energizes Billy when he gets clients that think they are unable to purchase or “will never be a homeowner” to closing day. 



When Billy isn’t working, he loves to spend time golfing and watching the Vikings with his family and friends in NE Minneapolis. 

Janaé Lyon (She/Her)

Mortgage Loan Originator

Janae Lyon is a Mortgage Loan Officer with Luminate Home Loans and loves making the mortgage process easy for her clients. Most days, Janae works closely with her clients to originate residential loans for purchasing and refinance—but her job is so much more to her than that. In fact, her favorite words to hear her clients say are, “Wow, she made that easy!”

When she’s not writing pre-approval letters on the weekends, you’ll often find Janae taking her boat out on a cruise around the lake, attending to her never-ending pile of yard work, or trying to sneak in a round of golf.

Stephanie Price (She/Her)

Licensed Loan Partner

Stephanie Price is a Loan Officer Assistant with the Angie Sherer Team. She has been in the mortgage industry for over 35 years and has been working alongside Angie for over 10 years. Stephanie works closely with buyers, on their applications, estimates and loan approvals. Her favorite part of her job is getting to tell clients they are “CLEAR TO CLOSE”!



Outside of work Stephanie enjoys getting to spend time her husband and three girls. She loves to travel and spoil her grand pugs. 

Kristina LeMire (She/Her)

Licensed Loan Partner

Kristina LeMire is a Loan Officer Assistant with the Angie Sherer Team. Kristina works with clients through the application process, obtaining documents for their pre-approval, as well has helping with AST marketing. Kristina’s favorite part of her job is getting to be involved with the local community through The Angie Sherer Team’s quarterly charity drawings and helping clients find their dream home!



When Kristina is not at work, she loves to spend time with her family and friends. Traveling and attending any kind of live music event. 

Mariah Stewart (She/Her)

Loan Processor

Mariah Stewart is a Loan Processer for the Angie Sherer Team. Mariah works with our borrowers from the time of your accepted purchase agreement up until close. She works closely with our borrowers on gathering documentation to meet the underwriting conditions and achieve our final goal of CLEAR TO CLOSE!



Outside of working Mariah enjoys spending a rare night on the couch watching Netflix with fiancé and three fur babies. She is always excited to travel and try new restaurants.

Jersey Sherer (He/Him)

Director of Pawsitivity

Jersey Sherer is the Director of Pawsitivity with the Angie Sherer Team! Jersey spends his day begging at his mom’s feet to go on a break and take a walk. He enjoys long naps in his favorite spot by the window and barking at any passerby. He’s always excited to meet new friends and homeowners, especially the ones with kids or four-legged fur babies.
